The 110% Superbonus, as it is now well known, is the incentive that came into force to encourage the energy improvement of buildings through targeted interventions with the constraint of increasing the building's energy rating by at least two energy classes. Not only that, this measure brings numerous advantages at no cost to property owners including:
- more energy efficient buildings
- reduced consumption and consequently lower bills
- greater living comfort
- reduction of condensation and mould due to thermal bridges
- property revaluation
- renewed building aesthetics
Since its entry into force, several changes have taken place, but among the various interventions that can be carried out to benefit from the 110% Superbonus, the possibility of thermal insulation of buildings through the application of thermal insulation has always been valid.
